We’re Here for You!

In 2009 we set out to create a company that specialized in IT services for small to medium sized businesses (SMB). We immediately began providing service and solutions in these areas as IT Essentials continued to grow. We provided everything from new website design, to computer repair, network design and installation, complete systems from the ground up along with on-going support. This paired well and became our core business.

In late 2010 we also noticed a strong demand in services for non-profits, and houses of worship. However, the service offerings for this group had slightly unique needs. This area needed the same things as our core SMB group but much more. Their needs included more training of volunteers, volunteer management, digital audio/video, along with casting for future products and development.

2014 gave birth to our smart home division as this market began to flourish. We offer complete home monitoring, automation, and top-level audio/video solutions for those that need something a little extra special.

Over nearly the past decade IT Essentials has been a strong leader in these areas. Ad we continue to move forward as technology changes, needs change, and we continue to bridge the gap in all areas think of us a complete technology solution for all your home and business tech needs.

Quality Service & Support

Quality customer service and support is our priority. We’ve built a reputation for making our customers happy. Our team has years of expertise in the products we sell and services we provide. We also require our team members to provide nearly 500 hours of annual product training and weekly customer service training.

Our team has a minimum of 8 hours of weekly product training for training in their respective fields from Smart Home, to IT, and Pro A/V.
